  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, coordinate with third-party logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment providers, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our ecommerce processor, payment gateways, third-party fulfillment and distribution centers, and shipping carriers.
  • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Note: payment card data (including credit card numbers) is processed directly by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Customer Support & Communication information

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support, send order confirmations, shipping updates, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications and newsletters.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with third-party communication and email marketing service providers.

Feedback & Review information

  • Purpose of collection: to collect and display product or service reviews and to improve our Site and offerings.
  • Source of collection: collected from you or through automated review request triggers after a purchase.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with third-party review management and customer feedback platforms.

3. COMMENTS & MEDIA

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Due to the artisanal and preservative-free nature of AmoreZero products, this sharing is a contractual necessity. Accurate delivery data ensures that our express shipping partners can notify you promptly upon arrival, minimizing the risk of product degradation due to heat or environmental factors.
  • Transactional Communications: We share your email with service providers to send automated order confirmations and tracking details. These “Transactional Emails” are required to fulfill our service and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences to ensure you are informed of the delivery timing.
  • Customer Feedback: We may share your information with third-party review platforms to invite you to review your purchase.
  • Legal Compliance: We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

  • Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely for automated moderation purposes.
  • For registered users, we store the personal information provided in their user profile indefinitely. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username).
